To maintain maximum protection for your property in the event of fire, your fire doors must adhere to the legal requirements of current fire safety law and technical standards.

Our staff will advise you on correct fire door location and carry out the following checks on all fire doors:

• Door rating (30mins or 60mins rating) 
• Hinges
• Combined heat and cold smoke seal
• Maximum 3-4mm gap between door and frame check
• Frame rating 
• Glazing check (if applicable)
• Signage check
• Self closer suitability
• Hold open device suitability (if applicable) 
• Pre-selector device (if applicable)
• Fire compartmentation around frame

Your survey will include a full written report with easy to follow priority ratings and a quotation for any work required.
